So a little background. Before I moved back to Africa.. flew planes and started businesses I kinda did a lot of random work in the States with things and knowledge that I don't want to go to waste, even if at the time I did it primarily just for income.. one of those jobs was bartending.
I've bartended in or sold at some points waiting tables wine..shots..blended drinks at red lobster as bartender, cocktails at an latina fusion bar so I do know how to make a lot of stuff that the average person is unaware of...and what I don't know how to make when I was into it there was a website that gave the rations and reviews from fellow bartenders.
Now I'm back in my country and there's a lot they haven't tasted or experienced. Partly I want to make money but mostly I want to do it to tilt the culture and expose them to new things. ( same with food but thats a different story)
I want to kinda start several cocktails and shisha spots. primarily for people pre drinking and hanging out prior to going on events or clubbing.
Now my questions are..
1) do you pre drink and in what format
2) would you go out and hang out casually at a happy hour ish spot that goes on till you want to hit a late night spot
3) would cocktails you never tasted and shisha ( its huge here thats why i include it) entice you there or do you need more
4) what cocktails or drinks do you really enjoy so I can have a his and hers list
5) any extra suggestions
6) is cocktails and shisha or C.A.SH or straight C.A.SH baby a dumb name or you can think of a better one.
I want to take advantage of my earlier life knowledge now that I'm in the position to brehs and brehettes and not let that have been a whole hamster on a wheel time.
and did that breh who had an idea to serve all sloppy joes (I think) idea get stolen or he still good?
