Yes you can. Some load times may be slow. If your pc supports het a usb 3.0 drive. are you using a desktop top? if you are try and get a 7200rpm drive.

you need to step your game up breh.

get a solid state hard drive for your OS, games and programs you run.

get a HHD for media.
