Maybe it had something to do with connections, lag compensation, whatever, but I always had to pump ridiculous bullets into people in BO2. I could see a head and shoulders in a window, get 3-4 hit markers, and not get the kill. Happened all the time and forced me to play hardcore modes.

I generally use AR's with suppressors, so I haven't had any crazy long range kills. Typical 3-4 feathered shots from that distance.

*edit: I can't even count the number of times I would aim at a second target after thinking I already killed the first guy. There were times I would get the drop on 2 people, backs turned, and would only end up killing one of them due to the butter bullets

Suppresors reduces damage over range, that's why. It takes more shots to kill at range with a supressor.

Stop it. Ghosts has pistols that 2 shot kills. BO2 had balanced pistols. Although, the Kap-40 was OP, but then patched. Using the above-mentioned pistols will get you steamrolled if you faced a player with an SMG or AR with the same skill.

Stop it. Ghosts has pistols that 2 shot kills. BO2 had balanced pistols. Although, the Kap-40 was OP, but then patched. Using the above-mentioned pistols will get you steamrolled if you faced a player with an SMG or AR with the same skill.

I've said that the only OP pistol in the game was originally the Kap-40. That's it. It got patched. Most of the pistols in Ghosts right now are better than the original OP Kap-40.
