Sad to see him go since he never got his main event push. With Midcarders being replaceable without any competition, it doesn't surprise me though.

Nowadays you can leave WWE and get into acting if you liked the entertainment aspect or MMA if you want to continue on the athletic path. Basically Vince now owns a farm league for action movies and the UFC.

What I do wonder if whether that means we're losing Eden too.

Edit: I noticed a couple weeks ago on IG that she changed her username back to Brandi Rhodes, could've been a clue to this.

Both of their social media stuff have them seeming very attention whorey and emo-y. And somewhat unprofessional, as they both seem to complain about their job on a public forum a lot. And talk down to fans out of character.

I've liked him a lot since legacy.

He consistantly turned shyt into gold.

I think Lucha Underground would be perfect for him. Its a shame vince never let him hold the WHC.

Eh, sometimes. Not for guys that have been on the roster as long as someone like Cody. The mid card should be refreshed every 5 years or so. A big part of the staleness of WWE the past few years is directly due to how many guys have been around for years doing nothing, but still being on TV.

Cody - 9 years on WWE TV
Ziggler - 11 years on WWE TV in various forms
Ryder - 9 years on WWE TV
Cesaro - 4 years on WWE TV
Axel - 6 years on WWE TV
Wade - 6 years on WWE TV
Slater - 6 years on WWE TV
Primo - 8 years on WWE TV
Epico - 6 years on WWE TV
Swagger - 8 years on WWE TV
Usos - 6 years on WWE TV
Sandow - 4 years on WWE TV, nearly 10 years in WWE system all together
Miz - 10 years on WWE TV

And this isn't even taking into consideration the higher on the card vets like Mark Henry/Big Show/Cena/Orton/Kane that have been around 15-20 years consistently. Calling up NXT people and bringing in NJ guys and TELLING you how many new stars they have doesn't mean the majority of their mid card is stale as fukk and needs to be shuffled anyway. Sending those guys down to NXT isn't going to help.

If you've been on TV for 5 years or more and haven't been able to break out or completely change yourself like Kofi, you should be booted and replaced with fresher talent.
Ziggler is closer to 13 years, didn't he debut in 03? But wow, these guys have been here forever.

It also sucks they can't use jobbers anymore so they just bury these guys to create new stars and wonder why the midcarders have no movement.

while i agree they def need to switch some people in and out...some people are late bloomers and dont really catch on until later...its hard to really determine when to let someone go...there are so many who were cut before they even had a chance...then others like Swagger get to run in place for almost a decade..

It's about time.

Y'all know the wwe is only give a handful of wrestlers that gets the opportunity to climb that ladder.

On top of that you out here slaving for Vince McMahon day in and day out.:martin:

Dolph Ziggler need to follow suit as well.:dame:

The legacy.
The knee pads that ended up on sitting on his boots.
The mustache.
The Rhodes Scholars.
The white belted IC title.
The muscle buster.
The Undashing.
The Brotherhood.
The Stardust.

I was always a fan of Cody and I'm glad he decided to move on rather than stay stagnant. Where ever he ends up I wish him nothing but success. Maybe in a few years, he can return and win the big one for Dusty.

:salute:

This was my absolute favorite. Him and Sandow should have gotten the tag team titles. They were great heels :mjcry:
