I quit drinking it so much when I started having headaches when I didn't have it. That was only 1 coffee a day when I did have it.

I drink it cuz I enjoy the taste i always take a month off every year too. Not dependent on it. But its a vice of mine. I was drinking up to 10 shots of espresso sometimes at home.
