These threads are popping up because Bianca hasn't been booked to the ridiculous degree that some of the white women have and more so this year leading up to WrestleMania she's barely been on any of the shows.

I don't really remember that being the case for a Charlotte or a Becky when they are healthy... they are all over the shows.
