I watched the show a few hours ago and the Royal Rumble match was the most deflating matches I have seen in my life

@ Bryan being eliminated that early in the match.
I finished the match, but I was mentally checked out after that moment

The WWE brass was too caught up in the Network being "ground breaking and innovative" to realize that they significantly changed their own business model. In the past, they could put on these shytfest events and get away with it because people paid $50-$60 for the event. Now, the people can vote with their money by cancelling subscriptions on the spot, leaving the WWE with only a fraction of the revenue they generated from PPV's. Whether they like it or not, they must cater to the fans demands or they are done.

we enter mania and enter a run in via the shield to keep heyman from interfering.

Brock dispatches dean and Rollins.
reigns in the fray spears and wins the title.
Brock gets up pissed and destroys dean.
Rollins takes the briefcase and eliminates Brock.
Rollins, seizes the day and cashes in at mania.

only other way to fix is, book a four way elimination of reigns/brock/cena/bryan.
where, Bryan wins,....
not sure how to book the four way elim.
yet, I think t is the only way to fix the decisions.

lesnar is really not that engaging without a ring general inring.
this has worse than brock/berg leaving at mania and sayin fukk vince, low quality bad energy over it.
also, reigns does not have a workrate edge over lesnar.
lesnar is not proven across the ring by anyone other than a ring general.
not sure how a power grappler versus power striker works when reigns and lesnar are not top tier workers as stand alone inring talents.
the sheer spectacle of them in conflict/combat is intriguing but I don't see reigns as a victor over lesnar.
only, people I ever saw believeable in beating lesnar.
from a workrate standpoint in a grapple based master opponent.
who has a grassroots pedigree is someone like db/rollins.
plausibly, the only power guys who could win.

when, it was a no brainer for ryback to be in conflict with Brock.

Or, rejuvenate a blockbuster box office draw in batista correctly.
plus, dropping the ball and not letting hhh get the title to face off against rock a few years ago.

so,this is all because the WWE has no continuity and no idea how to plan/book for the long term.
plus, how to account for injuries or talent accurrately.

I have no problems with Reigns winning. My issue was those two slugs Kane and Show in the final 4

the problem with the rumble was the tosses were poorly scripted as well as the ending.
it is one reason, I hate battle royals.
yet, at least the rumble was made typically with a bit more detail.
this year, the rumble seemed like it was booked by vkm's grandkids.
