Vince really made him cover up his gut?!
Stuff like that makes the Vince is old and out of touch narrative make sense.
I thought him having a gut was part of the appeal, since it makes it more impressive when he busts out a moonsault or hurricanrana or something.
It's not just the shorts, it's also that his facial hair is gone, as well. That and the compression shirt honestly makes him look in worse shape than him being shirtless does.
If you're gonna shame Keith fukking Lee about his size and try to hide it... why employ the man at all?

While Vince is in charge this is the bullshyt these talented wrestlers have to deal with. Constantly undermined and Vince consistently trying to "fix" wrestlers that are NOT broken.
I'm not a nit picking person by any means, but damn, he fukks up everything. Almost a year and I still can't watch this shyt.

Why did they change his theme 
The reality is Vince is a clown and almost everything he has done in wrestling is a failure.
He got one thing right in the 80s with Hogan and the Rock n Wrestling era and has lived off that since. He would've went out of business if he didn't stumble into Austin and Rock becoming huge stars who did so in spite of him not because of him.
His business has been slowly declining for nearly 20 years and he hasn't had a single answer for it.
He's an idiot with incredible luck and good fortune but truth is he doesn't understand wrestling much better than people like Bischoff and Jim Herd.
He's just rode his luck better than anyone in wrestling. The fact that people are literally waiting for him to die in the hope the product gets better says it all.
