By now he is obviously so far out of touch with his entire fan base, he doesn’t understand anyone in the company not even his chosen ones. He is constantly accused of ignoring ideas after the writers admit to not knowing what to do.

Even Cena to an extent got over with the rap gimmick on his own even though Stephanie was a fan of it. Now, trying to force creating a star in Reigns has failed because Vince is great at marketing and promoting as well fine tuning booking ideas. But in terms of creating stars and booking, not always great results

fukk is the point of hiring like 36 fukkin writers only to override their decisions at the very last second each week, like right before the damn TV shows are about to hit the air live?

In spite of Heymen’s creative position being terminated, and Bischoff’s tenure being short and him not feeling the way things are run now...I was truly hoping for the best in putting Heyman and Bischoff in charge of the respective Raw and SD teams, and for the very most part, leaving them the fukk alone. Triple H has NXT...this is the time where at his age especially Vince’s ass needs to fall back with all that micromanaging.

And thats my exact point. Vince is probably the GOAT promoter and marketer in the biz. But booking and creative is trash. He is not much better than anyone else weve called a money mark in the past
