I’ve grown to really appreciate cole slaw in my adult years. I love a good cole slaw and look for different recipes to experiment with.

I gauge how good a bbq restaurant (the more upscale ones not the hole in the walls) are by how much they pay attention to the little things like the cole slaw, mac, and beans. If they care about the details, and not just treat them like filler, then I know their meat is going to be on point.
