nikka we ain't doing a damn thing but working til we forced out of the workforce cuz we too damn old. Life ain't fair. Try to trick yourself into thinking you are happy with your life and go from there. That's what the rest of us doing shyt.

Nah. A lot of people make it out the rat race with proper planning.

Hell if you pay off your house, the only thing you gotta worry about is property taxes and utilities, all of which can be $500/month. Cutting out unnecessary debt and spending wisely will put you ahead of a majority of people.

There's a lot for forums filled with people dropping knowledge, enough for you to realize it's possible. We not talking about becoming billionaires. We not talking about becoming millionaires.

Either be weak minded and give up or set goals to leave the rat race. Little debt, keeping living expenses low, and plan ahead.

Yea, I’m gonna need definitions to “a lot of people” and “making it out.”

Cuz I wouldn’t qualify retiring at 65+ making it out and I wouldn’t qualify <15% as a lot.

I just asked you how many people and you said people on internet forums who you don't know personally. They might not even be out of the rat race for all you know.

I plan to retire by 45. I only know one person in real life who made that happen via rental properties and online businesses.

99% of people I know will be working til 55-65. That's not getting out the rat race because they will be around regular retirement age.

1. Currently working hard to pay all of my debts. Wearing the same clothes in rotation, learning to do for myself more to save funds (lining my own hair for example), exited the dating game, etc. All money goes towards getting financial freedom. Get out of debt brehs.

2.Investing in myself so I can command higher wages. Self studying for certs (IT), learning a new language and any other skills that's beneficial instead of wasting excess time.

3. Use higher wages to purchase rental property one by one. Pay homes off, and try to get solid life-long tenants.

4. Get out the game. Even if I don't escape completely having no debts will work for me. As long as I don't HAVE to work, but rather choose to or have options when it comes to work. That check to check or living everyday on a prayer some clown don't hand you a pink slip is a no go :wow:

If you want to give up, then give up, but let everybody else cook. You might not know anybody, but that doesn't mean it's impossible

This is what i have to do ASAP. I've been distracted wasting money on BS and wasting time on women who offer me nothing in return besides a fukking headache.

I'd look into sales, there's sales in every field. Some dudes can work 3 - 4 days a week and make 6 figures.

Consulting seems to be a gig too, dudes working part time but charging $70/hour. Don't know how that really work, but interesting nonetheless
