If you're drake, it's time to start playing defense PR wise. Rapping isn't going to help I don't think, it's time to have receipts put out there clearing your name of these allegations. Disappear for awhile and then pop out on some afrobeats or UK shyt before trying to come back in full force.

You could try to go business as usual and try to make regular music but that's going to be hard, you'll maintain numbers for awhile but eventually you'll start getting did like DaBaby and taken off of gigs, festivals, etc. and then you'll slowly bleed out.

Kendricks drops a video which likely includes some type of nod or wink towards some of the shyt he claimed. I think the next step is the most important thing: he has to drop the album of the year. The rap and lyrical performances over the last week tell me he's on fire and the last thing he needs to do is some experimental stuff that doesn't keep the momentum going. Give people what they want, talk some more shyt, give people some conscious shyt, dope beats and bangers. And then go on tour and let Not Like Us BANG in arenas across the country. I also think Kendrick has to go on a feature run and really keep his name out there all year. Hop on some west coast albums. Hop on some pop albums for the Swifties. Check all the boxes.

Drake...if I was advising him I'd tell him to take a long vacation and and refresh. That last track sounded sloppy and lazy, given the stakes. Sounded more like an "I am not a pedophile, guys" PR statement than a diss. Go on vacation, come back and drop something different. Get some new producers in there alongside the others.
