The best advice I can give you......

Figure out what you wanna do quickly and make moves just as quickly to obtain your goals/dreams, ect. The longer you wait, the worse it will get.

You are on the clock......

In college you can be whoever you want.

If you want to start making friends quick, go to the gym, and all campus events. You will become a familiar face on campus.

College freshman girls are going to be the easiest for you to get. They all have that, "this is what you do in college" mentality, eat good and strap up.

I found college classes easier than my HS classes. :yeshrug:

College parties are the best. If you're not drinking already, you must likely will start. Find out your limit and stick with it. Stay away from jungle juice while taking shots.

The best advice I can give you is just have fun. Do your work and start networking on campus. Those 4-5 years will go by fast.

Follow people on IG if you have one. Put your graduation date after your college name in the search "tag"

Do you guys think clubs and all that is a waste of time?

I've never joined one but it has my interest now.

aw man I would have benefit you more if you had been in some clubs from Freshman year of HS.

Join as many clubs as your schedule will permit. BE INVOLVED WITH YOUR SCHOOL!!!!!

AND FOR GODSSAKE YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE. DONT GO FOR THE 6:30AM CLASSES.

@Phoenix_Knightly23 how would it have benefit me?

And are college parties worth it if you stay away from the bottle?
College parties are worth it depending on why you are going and if you know when its time to leave. As far as clubs, you can pass. Its more beneficial to join a fraternity, especially post college for the connects.

It helped me as far as actually getting in. It looks good on the application (along with being involved in sports, volunteer work, etc)

Straight up...you're going to party lol you're going to get shytfaced at least once. Get it out your system over the weekends ;)

enjoy your new-found independence but be smart about it

If you're going to get completely shytfaced, do it Friday night. Thats the day to go completely hard. Pack it in earlier than usual on Saturday night though so you can have that one day to catch up on sleep. Crashing out Sunday morning for 12 hrs wont feel remotely as refreshing as the solid 8hrs of sleeping when your body ACTUALLY should sleep Saturday night. I've learned this over the test of time. You could lay around all day Sunday and wake up Monday still feeling tired as hell.
