This is open trade to any one of Chicago, Sacramento, Charlotte, OKC, and Seattle.

For your 2nd rd pick, I'll trade my 4th round pick, and swap order with you for the 3rd round.

IE: Chicago would not pick in the 2nd round, but would pick 8th in the 3rd round as opposed to 16th and would pick twice in the 4th round (1 and 8)
