It might be. Daym is saying he's done and trying to complete his fitness journey but you know how that goes.....he might be eating something next week.

I hope he pivots. I don't expect him to become a fitness YouTuber or be mr physique, but if he can turn it around and in 2 years be in shape or fit, that would be amazing.

Genetically the 25 year old creh might be more susceptible to cancer. Genetics are one hell of a crap shoot. Knowing your family medical history(especially the men's history as the X chromosome doesn't change a ton as it's passed down) helps one navigate life smarter.
