I think the only country in Asia where you could completely ignore language and integration is Singapore. But passport bros don't bother because the place is more expensive than many western cities which defeats the point.
But at the risk of ranting, the passport bro movement falls apart miserably if everyone was told they had to be fluent in the language and culture of local women because that takes work.
