Coffee/tea date is common from my experience. It's a pre-date.

But the women I dated were apart of the communities I am in - strength training, mma, rock climbing, bookclubs, etc... So, I rarely interact with women that behave like the one in the OP.

Brehs need to delete their social media except for FB and start being more adventurous. There are a lot of cool women out here - Black, White, Asian, Hispanic, etc... But you'll never know'em if you stay looking at birds on Instagram and Twitter all day.
