You right, video was acting up on my computer so I ain't see that the plates on the outside were smaller.Nah it’s 185. They are using the rubber weights that you dead lift with. The thicker one is 45 lbs and the thinner one on the outside is 25lbs
Where are you at Planet Fitness?, everyone over 25 should be benching 225.
