Ohhhhhh you sexyRan a local 5k and ended up coming first running it at a 6:57 pace and finished in 21:35 minutes. Most small races usually would have a couple individuals who can run it under 20 minutes but I didn’t have much competition at all.
I have my own vices like everyone else to this day however I went on a morning run years ago and loved how I felt. Told myself I wanted to keep feeling that way and haven’t stopped since. Might inspire somebody.
