I mentioned on here my heart issues a few months back. Well things are going really well for me, my numbers are good and my heart is stronger. That could change though at some point in time. It has me thinking about how long of a life would be satisfactory for me. I'm at a point that making it to 70 seems fine. I'm also adding the fact that I'm not the most disciplined when it comes to food. I'm not a Coli breh when it comes to eating. I still eat wings, pizza, cheesesteaks etc and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
Have any of ya'll thought about a good life span in your eyes, outside of "a long time".
"The average lifespan for Black/African Americans in the United States is currently around 72.8 years. This figure, based on data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), represents a life expectancy at birth. The CDC also notes that this is the second lowest life expectancy among racial and ethnic groups in the US, after American Indians and Alaska Natives."
