I saw an old ass white man running near the trail recently, he was in shape but had a Ric Flair body. Once I really start looking flabby, it's time.

Love seeing old ass people still move. Dude had to be 70 plus moving slower but he still has it a little bit. I felt inspired. But what's the point after 60? It wasn't like he was getting hoes.
Uhhhhhh HEALTH

I have such a skewed view on this stuff cuz my elders are in their 80s hopping flights on their own lol

I have a 65yo aunt slanging kettlebells and going on hikes with a fukking weighted vest by herself!

I’m looking at her like “well damn, I ain’t shyt. I guess I need a weighted vest too!” :wtf: :why:

Health is wealth was beat into all of us. So Ionno. I just don’t see it that way.

No specific age, it just depends on how long I can be independent and take care of myself and that varies wildly from person to person.

There's a saying in medical circles, "If you've met one 80-year-old, you've met one 80-year-old". Some people are barely 60 and have all kinds of disabilities and health problems and have to be taken care of. Other people are perfectly capable of taking care of themselves until their 90s. It just depends.

I do have a lot of people in my fam that made it to their 90s (and my great grandma lived to be 100) so hopefully my chances are good, but who knows. :manny:

Did they all eat clean, like salads and smoothies? No smoking or alcohol?

We could go at anytime. A dude died in the Keith Scott protests literally feet away from me.. also covid happened… I work in news and we were all doing the social distancing thing and my job sent me to an event at Walmart where DaBaby was giving out gift cards for Thanksgiving. He pulls up and everybody surrounded me and the car. Nobody was wearing masks like that. After that happened I said live ya life bruh.. who knows when you’ll check up out of here. I’m not worried about it

Bro/Sis/They/Them/ (I'm not sure what you are), everybody doesn't get to do that. Health isn't something you can control. If cancer decides it's time for real, it's time. We can stay as humanly healthy as hope but that's not real life. Sickness can kill you even if you do all of that. So if I make it that far, 70 is enough. My granny on my mom's side 86, ain't no fukkin way I could do that 😂

Yeah, early 70s would be fine with me. People talking about outliers when they mention 80 year olds who still climbing mountains and shyt.
My grandma like 86 this year. She definitely can't climb no fukkin mountain. She has her mind as well and she's not bed restricted. That's an outlier. I abused my body and mind early. Me at 86 can't move or talk. Hard pass
