Did they all eat clean, like salads and smoothies? No smoking or alcohol?

I don't really know what they were doing when they were younger tbh :yeshrug: but at least by the time I knew them (when they were 70+) for the most part they didn't smoke or drink

Although my other great grandmother that lived to 98 mentioned that she used to smoke but I think she quit somewhere around her 60s.

Diet-wise I don't think they did anything special, they weren't vegetarians and mostly just ate normal shyt.

Honestly, I've never really thought about 🤷🏾‍♂️, rather I just live my life, one day at a time.

That's all you can do TBH.

I'd like to live long, I guess say mid 70s and up, hopefully I do, so I can experience what it's like to have a family, well I already know what it's like to have a family being a part of a big one, but y'know, I'm talking about having a wife, a kid or two, nice house, etc, creating memories.

My family that made it to their 80s smoked for years and ate every part of the hog imaginable. There is no exact science to living a long time.

Yeah, you can somewhat increase your chances with a healthy lifestyle, but a lot of it comes down to genetics and straight up luck. :manny:

Some people do everything right and still end up getting cancer at 50 or having a random stroke.
