Elle. All three chicks aren't really that great, but Sevyn looks like Quagmire and Jhene looks like her nose was broken and never fixed.

But I put her last because I don't like her music. 
I kinda like Elle's though and she's a pretty girl. And Sevyn, though I don't even listen to her a lot, when she gets her eyebrows right, Sevyn looks cute to me.
