What brand Kamodo Joe you got? I don't know how to grill, but been thinking about buying a small grill to practice and meal prep on. I thought about a cheap weber at first until I went into the abyss.

He's charging $149 dollars for 3 lbs which is basically 50lbs a pound. So that means you are paying 9 dollars for a pound of his oxtails but $35 dollars for them to be real Texas in every way and the other 6 bucks for shipping.

Ya'll not taking into account the labor, seasonings, having to cut em up, storage. Then how long he smoke em for, 10 hours? Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong, but oxtails ain't never been cheap, at least not today. You'll easily spend $30 at a restaurant for a plate.
This why when you go in business you cater to people with money, everybody else can stay they ass at home making half assed oxtails.
