No lie I tell my wife I love her everyday and every time I get off the phone. I work 28 days away from home and I'm only home for 14 days, something could happen to me or her that's why I do that

When the only posts someone makes in 24 hours is about you it's time to keep it moving and no longer acknowledge his useless existence.

i've told the girl i'm dating "i love you" all of 3 times in a 2.5 year relationship...and they were all "I love you too"s.

needless to say, some decisions have to be made in 2013.

I normally say it about once a day..normally the last convo of the day, over the phone. Growing up, we never ever said it..but now it's kinda weird when my mom/brother/dad show or express any kind of love to me. I figure I don't want that kind of awkwardness in my own family.

I don't say it very often. It's kind've our thing for me not to say it; I show her in different ways and she always says I love you too.

That's some real talk too. I also don't say "good bye" because it sounds like I'm leaving forever.

Yeah bruh, that 'goody bye' sh1t reminds me of my dad yo :to:. He left that night to go to work (he drove trucks), and I just said "bye" like a lil spoiled biatch ( i was 13), and he died that weekend. that sh1t still bugs me yo, and that happened back in '99.

^^^^This exact thing.

I wasn't really the type to throw that word around at first. My mama got me and my siblings on that after my niece passed. You never know when that day is coming, so it's best to let that be the last word your loved ones hear from you. (Just in case)

This. I come from a similar background, but I've been with my current girlfriend about a year and a half now. Been friends for like 3 years. I tell her everyday when I get the chance. When she leaves in the morning, when we go to bed at night. Sometimes buy her flowers for no reason at all. Good women are hard to find. Cherish her while you got her is what I say. :manny:
