Ended up going with an 2010 B8 A4 6mt. Nice car so far low miles decent packages. I was going to get a 335 but couldn't find the packages I wanted(sport,stick, xdrive). I got a crazy deal on the A4 so here I am. Audi for life anyways. Really want to pick up an E46 M3 but that's another story, possibly replacing my S4. Haven't really driven the B8 much since I've been busy. But I like it. It feels really firm and solid on stock suspension which I love. The size will take some getting used to compared to my S4 but meh they don't make cars as small as they used to. Not sure if I'll do any mods to it, the Audi Warranty gods are coming down hard on ecu flashes. It's in warranty still as well so I'm not trying to void it. If I keep it long term I'll probably throw a ko4 in it and get it tuned. Most likely I'll just trade it in for a B8 S4 in two or three years. Still have my B5 S4 not sure what I'm going to do with it yet. I'll be building it for sure this summer and doing repairs. I need to to my tb/wp, upgrade the clutch, single piece drive shaft, coil overs, and re-tune. I'm worried when I finish it will end up sitting in my garage though since I'm thinking about replacing it with an M3... It's not worth it to sell really. hmm

Thanks, I went with the 2.0t going to see if I can get that 28-30 mpg.

Yeah I'll miss the power like crazy but not the gas mileage laugh. It gets like 9-12 city. The highway is probably in the 20's though.



I just saw your C5 in the car thread, clean! Love the C5 BBS's, I saw a photo of some on a B5 S4 recently and they look crazy.
Are you on AZ or QW? I still have my S but its probably going to chill all summer sadly. It's got k04/k16's so its a beast. I used to have a couple C5's really loved mine. Awesome cars with so much for packages. I had a loaded 04' A6 Avant with the sport package and a loaded Allroad 2.7 6 Speed. I'm a bit of an Audi nut this is my sixth.

I used to have a late 80's 325is when I was younger.

They really grew on me, I used to find them awful looking.

I find myself doing double takes on A7's and and A4's all the time now.

2.0 gets better gas mileage and will take better to mods if I go that route.


Missing the power for sure might trade it in soon. Still have my S4 when I need to boogie though.
