How is the VQ cheaper and lighter than an LSx? And its bigger than both the 302 and LSx. There's not enough of an advantage over an S50/52 to make a difference.
I understand the other swaps but the VQ35 makes no sense. That's why I said it.
There are advantages. Like I said the VQ is much lighter and shorter than the S50. Its also cheaper + more abundant + more powerful. For the $$$ you would need to get an LSx you could make good power from a VQ. And for the $$$ you would need to get stock VQ power from a 302 you could just get a VQ. Plus both the FWD and RWD VQs mount to the RWD trans etc. etc. So its very abundant.
