Right now we have 9 of the 14 teams added back for 2013.

@DANJA should be joing soon, to give us 10 returning managers.

@Rev is saying he's going to bow out now, and juicydj didn't make it over and Spidey and D-Red are gone.

Looks like 4 new managers will be needed.

How do we want to move forward with the 4 slots?

Should it be first come first serve?

Should I make a new thread with the sheet in it for DL and advertise yet?

But I wonder if a lottery may be better for the new teams. Otherwise, filling the last spot or two might be damn near impossible
