Yes, but its an art to wearing them. Some females aren't wearing the right shoes because they prefer style over comfort. If I can't walk or stand comfortably in them, then I don't buy them. I have some heels that feel no different than sneakers.

I pretty much wear heels every day to work. They hurt to walk in (if you're actually walking for a long period of time...that's when I know to wear flats and always have a pair of flats in my trunk), but to wear to the office...nah...I'm mostly sitting whether at my desk, in a meeting or in my car.
