I'm not that washed, I was able to do this one too. I've been working out heavy for the last month or so. A lot of stretching daily and not skipping leg day.
The REAL offense here is that wack ass fitness "influencer" misleading people with that bullshyt misinformation. Broscience isnt medically approved. That exercise is NOT easy to do. I know this because they were making me do this shyt at tae kwon do for beginnings. Whats this guys background selling misinformation
