Just started my session with this shyt. Not going to lie, I struggled with the last 8 or so, but got them done and the shyt felt good. :gladbron:

I think I’m going to start all my sessions with this moving forward.

Hopefully within the next two week the last few reps feel easier

You say that but most lower back injuries involve trying to twist and turn to pick something up. If you have the flexibility combined with the strength there your body will be able to handle the rigors of daily life well into old age. Back pain is some of the worst chronic pain you can get. If it looks sassy who cares. If you're laid up taking ibuprofen for days those same people calling you sassy won't be there encouraging you and dapping you up for not doing these exercises

right now i am in rough shape

but thats due to my week, this isn't lightwork or will i pretend it but i can do it
