So these SOBs at work moved me into a new office, unfortunately this office has a motion sensor light switch. How the hell am I going to take my 3 hour lunch breaks if my office light is off? Any brehs know how to manipulate this switch to keep the lights on? Or do I have to ask the admin to change it because the sensor rays are hurting my y4v3 chromosome count?

You can open the sensor (or at least the hardware it is attached to) and hard-wire it to bypass the sensor, but then the light will always be on. How are you going to turn the light off?
