Coli GMs create the perfect team for a ringless superstar

Nope that won't work because to some people having to many good shooters make it a super team ..... How can you tell what a superstar is? Is a superstar is someone that brought his first team to the playoffs before the trade/free agency? Or just put up good numbers? Or of he did bring them to the playoffs and got bounced? is he 37 years of age and once was a all star maybe twice ..... Does that count?
