Coli, Help My Homeboy..

Me and my boy go back years. But a while ago dude has just fell in love with food. Like, this dude plans what he wants to eat days in advance and you cannot change his mind about what he wants to eat. Every time he eats its fast food, and thats not an exaggeration. Every single meal is fast food. The problem is, he is getting fat as fukk! Bro got the belly poppin through his shirts. If you can see your belly throgh a dress shirt you have a problem. I tried to get him on the healthy tip I'm on and he claimed healthy food is too expensive, but the money he spends on fast food can easily buy him at least a weeks worth of groceries.

He told me he saw the doc a few weeks ago and they told him he's gaining weight and needs to change it and he said he got it under control dont trip, but no changes been made. He said he doesnt even see the weight he gained.:dead: We both 5'7 I'm 175 and he's about 195 now, and I even feel I have extra weight.. Dude is :flabbynsick: and has been on a p*ssy drought lately and I'm starting to see why. What worries me is he has medical conditions that are dangerous when you get fatter. Coli, how do I tell my homeboy to step his diet game up?

@TMillzy how are you gonna respect your friend's health when he out there not even respecting his own self?

also what happened? What's the backstory here? did his broad break up with him, and he basically threw his life in the bushes or somethin?

or was he a formerly skinny dude who's metabolism done started to slow down and catch up with him?

Why dont you two go to the gym together.

Doesnt sound he like has a budget for brazillian jiujitsu or boxing which is my favorite reccomendation.

Foreman grill + a bag of chicken breasts / lean beef/ vegetables and some spices are cheap a cheap and easy way to eat. He has to cut down his Portions. Eating carrots instead of skittles for a snack for example. Excercise is really the only thing thats going to cut that weight down if hes not interested in cutting down his portions and changing his diet. It takes effort to lose weight he has to be willing to be a little hungry or exert alot of energy. Sad.

Well maybe he just doesnt know any better and needs to be informed. If he said he cant see the weight he's gained then somebody gotta show him. He gets fatter in every picture. And to my knowledge nothing happened. He may have food addiction. We only 22 our metabolism is good. Actually he's 21 still

I run over 20 miles a week, so I can eat what I want for the most part. that doesn't mean I get crazy tho. I try to limit eating fast food, candy and alchohol tho. I only weigh 179 lbs as of today being 6' so I'm good. I dont even have a gym membership and I manage to run regularly outside in the winter time out here where its cold. I got a sit down job, but I don't eat out while at work, and pack a lunch at 4 times a week and when I forget, usually I wait til I get home to eat.

Im almost 5'10 :heh: and im 195 but im pretty brolic. Jumprope for 20 - 30 mins, Squat and deadlift in the 3's and do brazillian jiujitsu. Yea. We arent hunters anymore and have wimpy jobs so we have to find manual methods to stay in shape. Its important to be strong for our image as men and so we can protect our families.

Lord please train these hands and give me the discipline to remain powerful for my family and unborn son.
