No, charges were dismissed. Doesn't automatically mean he was innocent considering charges can get dropped for more than that
Could have been a lack of evidence or the defense didnt file the case correctly. I'm no lawyer of course, but from what I've read he could've negotiated a deal with the prosecution side to settle the case without going to trial

@ Breh & Breh Associates not knowing that all the listed charges have the same date, so as part of a plea deal it's not unusual for lesser charges to be dismissed in exchange for pleading guilty for a more serious charge.
