I don't like how coworkers at an American business (American English Name, American founded, American CEO and directors) speak Spanish.

Very controversial subject. Don't think I'm playing the race card or a bigot.

I sit in an enclosed office with a total of 4 people. I'm the only white person and the rest are Hispanics. I do not speak Spanish, but can understand like 6 basic words (hello, bye, restroom, bytch, etc.)

It makes me mad (IMO, it's rude) when they speak Spanish around me, especially when they laugh out loud and get hyper afterwards. Or when they intermediate speak English with Spanish. That makes me think they're talking shyt about somebody. i.e. "John Brown (*&%(YWTPIUET lol" - What about John Brown? You don't want me to hear something about him? Gossip? shyt talking?

It's like their secret "code talk" so I will be excluded and won't know what they're talking about.

Spanish is my default language when speaking with someone who also knows it but when you're the only one that doesnt speak it that seems purposely exclusionary

I agree. Im 100% black and speaking about a person in front of their face in another language that the person cannot understand is just disrespectful. Cowardly, in fact.
