Knowing how to cook is all fun and good until your child comes homes with an algebra assignment or a man gets injured at work and this heifer can't balance a checkbook. It's more important skills for a wife to have, imo.

Those are rare instances not day to day stuff. And with the internet basic algebra isn't that hard anyways. You can find a YouTube video or tutor to show your kid that type of stuff

She doesn't have to cook, but I won't be feeding her ass everyday, or paying for takeout everyday, so she'll probably have to learn.

Smh that's not true. I think everyone "needs" someone to a degree, but I just find it stupid to think cooking is a deal breaker. Just like I wouldn't think a guy who didn't know how to fix a flat was a deal breaker. It's just more important skills to have, imo.
