Can’t fairly assess his performance until he gets more reps in practice and gameplay. Nobody would look good coming in for that dumpster fire of a team. Kevin Stefanski is the face of white privilege
Also, I think Baker didn't get any reps with the 1s his first time around with the Browns either when he had to enter a game on the fly.
I don't understand why this aspect is being made to be a big deal...
I hope Shedeur gets a fair shake when it's all said & done, but I'm not sure why mfs who are not even fans of the Browns are this heavily invested (obsessed)

Okay, so let's look at the situation then...
Flacco and Pickett = a super vet & a 4 yr pro who the coaches prolly feel like doesn't need 100% of the reps and can sacrifice some...
As opposed to Gabriel, who is a rookie, who looks bad himself and prolly needs 100% of the reps. It's not really rocket science and there is no conspiracy.
Moving forward, he'll prolly get all or share the reps now that they know they'll be byke and forth with Gabriel the rest of the season to figure this out.

When Flacco was the starter, Dillon Gabriel got first-team reps, but now Dillon is the starter, Shedeur gets none. Make that make sense. I literally thought this like 2-3 weeks ago. WTF happens if Dillon gets injured?I'm a regular nikka on The Coli thinking that, but a coach getting paid $3 million a year isn't thinking that? It's either negligence or it's sabotage.

That's the part right there, I wanna see if Kevin gives the kid the opportunity to prepare with actual reps
if he does then its sink or swim. Yesterday was learning on the fly and seeing how fast the NFL defenses is while just playing off instincts.

He hit the spinarooni that barley worked in college and got crushed 
to be fair that was in camp when it was still a competition and they were evaluating Gabriel against Flacco and Pickett. They never considered Shedeur a candidate to start out of the gate so he never got those reps. Didn’t know the backups don’t get reps , I thought it was like A 80/20 split or 90/10 split

I think Gabriel is awful, but it’s people like Josina Anderson that do Sanders no favors.
