They conspire against players they don't want to succeed all of the time. A white QB would be accepted with open arms with Shedeur's confidence. It only takes a few people in power positions. Put you out there unprepared, drive your stock down, underpay you, even get you kicked off the team.

I worried it could get bad in Cleveland for Shedeur. I didnt think it would get THAT bad for Ward in TN.
