I guess a Ustream would be a good way to start. Just to see how it is and see how it flows.
If this was to be done you'd need somebody to be the host/head of the show.
Somebody to actually to do the work,keep it on a schedule,organize the topics and guests etc.
Without somebody taking charge it'll just fall apart easily.
