There's so much unutilized skill and talent on here and it's a shame we don't really support each other. Yeah it's cool to come on here and shoot the shyt and fukk with each other for a few laughs but we could have our own little economy here.

The purpose of this thread is simple. Post where you're located, what skills do you have, and if someone needs something that you specialize in then instead of then searching all over town and ending up with some hack or scammer, they'll hit you up. Keep it in house.

The Coli is the most mismanaged site ive ever been apart of. It couldve evolved into Black Sports Online/All Def Digital/Rap Radar/KarmaLoop but the owners are happy with being a simple forum.

Location: Dallas
Skills: IT consulting in the small and enteprise Business space, including managing efficiency overhauls, off the shelf implementations, and proprietary software development/implementation

I also co-own an internet radio station and podcast network (www.BYNKRadio.com) we are an underground hip hop and RnB station that plays underground in the same rotation as the major hits. We've also interview artists and have interviews artists signed to Def Jam, Capitol, MMG, Epic and many others. We are always looking o to play and feature new hip hop and R&B artists and we dont believe in Payola. Our podcast network features a social commentary and pop culture podcast, a black love podcast, a black geek culture podcast, and a music discussion podcast.
