Did dude hit his car on the highway and try to leave?....Not sure
Based on what he posted, dude who hit him was drunk 
and the cops pulled up without him having to call. Also there was someone else in the car with the drunk dude, so anything could’ve happened.

Guy was on his knees begging my boy not to call the police or he’d get sent back to his country. The Arab calls up his family or whoever and hands my homie 5k for damage on a 2003 Maxima, he used that to cop a whole new whip instead of repairing

Actually upon a rewatch of the video, the guy who hit his car on the highway was not indeed trying to leave
He took an exit to get off the highway so he could pull over. There was no place for him to pull over so he got off on the very next exit
