Same. Never really cared for this song. It was ok. I had already stopped listening to the radio at that point.

I liked Bring Em Out more. If I’m not mistaken, that was the start of the brief, Jay Z lyrics as the hook trend. Funny thing is that in Bring Em Out he was reciting Big’s lyrics. It was also Swizz’ comeback of sorts if I’m not mistaken.

TI with the RD shirt in the video :wow:

Yeah it was

And I did not like Bring Em Out at all

That beat sounded like carnival ride music to me

Same with “Whatever You like” lol

Pretty much everybody loved the energy, and it was huge out in Atlanta. He had found his own sweet spot for lyricism and making the charts.

“Bring em out” came first, then this, then “ASAP”. The momentum just kept growing. If it wasn’t one of the three singles, “what they do”, “motivation”, “the greatest”, “freak though”, or “limelight” playing out of everybody’s car window, it was Jeezy or Wayne.

Over the years this has become my favorite TI album. It was also a good second launching pad into superstardom for him. Plus the down the king tape, shyt was just lining up for him.
