1) Nap making threads with nothing but tweets. A person that only posts tweets and not his own opinion is not posting an opinion but just retweeting. Such threads deserve no attention, it's just people posting tweets from people they like rather than them having their own opinion.

2) Members that are on your ignore list but can still neg you

3) Like most other sites, only mods should be able to neg based on site policy, not people who disagree with you because you said Nas Won instead of JayZ won.
