It did when it was installing it. Or first booting a game. I don't think I noticed anything irregular tho.

Not when the disc is already in there..I mean when it's just trying to grab the disc..once it grabs it's pretty quiet afterwards..I read that it's a 6x drive vs the PS3's 2x drive.. Which could be the reason..I'm talking about a blu ray by the way..not a game..

Really, thats crazy. Cuz the sony side is the side that has to lie and deal with faulty systems, paying for PSN, not knowing what is even up with PSN, not having any launch titles worth buying the system for, lit controllers with no camera, no lean in BF4, peoples controllers coming apart after a week or two of use. Claimed 1080p/60fps would be the standard, now only 2gms reached that benchmark but one suffers from framerate issues.

I could go on and on, but I guess xbots should be envious while they stream music for free while having the option to pop in a CD or stream an MP3, can watch TV and game AT THE SAME DAMN TIME

I had a system freeze last night when loading up Warframe and going to the XMB while it was still downloading an update for the game, but other than that, it's been working pretty well. Doesn't get too hot, just a lil warm to the touch in the back where the heat is blowing out and when I looked up the issue, it seems that for that particular game and within that situation (it downloading updates) it's a common problem to cause the system to freeze/crash if you try to multi-task during it. Lesson learned.

With that said mine is working fine. Just stay away from downloading Warframe unless PSN is running tip top. Because my joint froze and wouldn't cut off. Stay away from vudu too

Suspect votes should be thrown out then. We know who has one and if they have activity against their machine by psn activity. Easy to find the frauds.
