we have two wifi's. one is the guest network, and the other is the secured. the one with the speed is secured. the guest is wack sauce. I'm not even gonna post it.

As far as I'm aware I have the same package

I just got the same results, 10mbps

I'm about to hook my modem directly to my computer and see if that changes anything
