Fact remains get off the keyboard and do something in your community I don't care about your opinion UNLESS you putting in work out here. They need volunteers for about 25 black kids in Crenshaw for what's called bizcamp it teaches young black kids how to formulate business plans I worked with Nip on getting brothers to help and its not just in California. So take that hating energy and put it into the community lame azz

Above the fray.
To be honest I don't know I have a question do you know if she would have reacted the same way.
My life experience, including rooming with white dudes for two years, tells me that white men are granted freedom of movement in most spaces in America that Black men do not have.
I'm going to assume that your experiences as a Black man have lead you to the same conclusion.

And now, apparently, that freedom of movement doesn't even exist in our OWN homes.

Had she barged into a white man's apt, you and I and EVERY other person on this board knows that the reaction would not have been the same.

I respect a person's right to have their own opinion about topics, but after a lifetime of Black man experiences here, being vilified, followed around, stopped by cops, looked at as suspects just for BREATHING AIR we both know the answer to the question

I've been posting on this forum since day one and :hamster:I looked at the facts and I gave my opinion. If yall think that this woman decided when she woke up that she was going to go in somebody's apartment and kill a man that night then that's your opinion. The keyboard warriors are out and the "Pro" black coalition on what they would have done is fine but I've been front line out here for many black issues. I don't look at this as a cop who killed somebody but as a civilian do I personally think race was a factor in her actions I don't. I don't believe that they had ever interacted outside of that so I never got a motive for her to randomly one day want to go in and kill her neighbor. So if I missed that she ADMITTED that she had premeditated intentions on going in her neighbors apartment and killer her then I still feel the same way. I thought manslaughter from the beginning and the sentence fits that.

Oh and by the way I'm black and I get money and I've helped some coli posters up here before so people know my race you can check me on IG if you want keep the jokes to yourself :camby:
:dead:.....the fukk you did....

Question for you do you think she just wanted to kill a black men who happens to be her neighbor in his own apartment who just so happens to live in the same apartment but just a different floor. Idgaf about the chick I remain saying this was a tragic incident but I don't think in my logic that she just woke up or just wanted to kill a random black man. She's guilty as fuk and DESERVES prison but I do think it was manslaughter not murder.

Last question if she was a black woman and this happened the same way would you feel differently or is it strictly the race

You can’t be this dense:russ:
You trying to hide behind “Free thinking”..
When there is an abundance of evidence on the racist cac bytch..
From texts to leaked videos..
You just writing a bunch of shyt to be contrarian..
Everything in this world(if you truly are black:mjpls:)..
Has a racial lens to it(especially if you are a black man or woman)..
And save the sorry hypotheticals..
Everybody knows what would have happened if the roles were reversed..
We have seen countless black bodies murdered by cops with no remorse shown..
We have seen people being called “ big scary guys” from a fukking helicopter to a man killed by a cop for having a legal fire arm..
Time and time again..
Race has been a component for the cops to “fear for their lives”..
And are set scott free with no recourse or action..
So save the “free thinking” juelz fest..
You are showing your lack of intelligence with every click of the post button..
Good night beloved:salute:

Do I think she wanted to kill a black man?
Yes I do, her text messages and social media accounts prove that the bytch was racist.

Do I think she woke up that day with the intent to kill her black neighbor?

No, I dont.

But murder as defined by the state of Texas, states that murder doesn't have to be premeditated. You just have to intend to kill the other person. Even if she walked into his apartment by mistake, she pulled out her gun and shot the man with the intent to kill. She admitted all of this.

Manslaughter in Texas just means you killed someone without intent, killing someone while drunk driving or getting into a bar fight and the other person hits their head on the ground and dies.

She literally got on the stand and said that she intended to kill him when she shot him, so how the fukk do you get manslaughter from all this?

I believe it was an accident but some accidents are so big that u must pay for them even if it was a misunderstanding.

u gotta be held accountable for ur actions even if they were unintentional

I would have gave her 15 yrs instead of 10. Shyne did 10 and nobody was even killed.

@C-NICE you said you looked at the facts, but did you listen to the word she spoke on the stand?

I already washed my hands of this week's ago when they were preparing for the trial.

They showed pictures of her with her hair down, professional attire. IMO they were painting the picture that she was not guilty, not innocent just not guilty.

I figured she'd walk.

Then low and behold her dumb ass opened her mouth on the stand. I believe and others have said it too, her testimony is what got her locked up.

She said she intended to kill. At which point anyone thinking she had a had a chance to walk went :snoop: :beli:

I get his point.

Do we really think she went into a random strangers apartment on purpose looking for a black person inside to shot for sport?

She's responsible for his death and should be held accountable. Not only for his death but for all the scumbag shyt she did to cover it up and the lack of aid. But this clearly started with a mistake.
