100% spot on...speaking just for myself I know i I suffer from some type of depression eventhough by coli standards I hit all of the marks..6 figures, 6 certs, over 6 foot, in shape , #handsomegang(i guess) but I still cry at least once a month (healthy for me), have multiple days of being sad....I even avoid certain songs because they make me sad and play in my head for days

It is what it is but I wouldn't change myself at all, it gives me something to work on

Mental illness isn't something to take lightly.

Too many of us in out communities don't understand the importance of mental health. We should encourage our brothers and sisters to be able to talk about their mental health struggles openly, not using it to dunk on people on The Coli.
