Coli fam what should I do. I’m at a spot and the waitress just spilled my drink on me

She offered to comp the drink but then moved on. I’m halfway through and I’m torn if I just take the L and keep it moving with my free beer or ask for my whole meal to be comped.

It’s just a brew and I have black jeans on but shorty damn near spilled the whole drink on me and if I was truly staying out tonight the night would be ruined.

What y’all doing in this situation?
