Coli Smileys for you phone??

I don't like how the smilies look like pictures with the bordering....surely there must be an app or someone around here can come up with a plugin.
phones can't translate transparent backgrounds...
I'm saying the method we use now, saving as pics or copy and paste is inserting the smilies with the bordering. I want a more integrated app or plugin, something like Emoji...hell we could just figure out how to insert smilies in Emoji and then we'd be in business.
I was gonna develop an app for that what I thought of was similar to the way that Color text message or pimp my text where it would be inline with the background of your text....

Yea i actually had a plugin for BiteSMS all done in one session...but as i was putting the finishing touches on it the power went out. When it came back on i tried to fire up the computer and the hard drive was clicking...it was DEAD...NOOOOOOOOOOO.
And then i woke up from the dream...dbl NOOOOOOOOOOOO
Real talk tho a messaging app that would let u insert any pic and automatically resize down or let the user pinch to zoom the size down would be a gamechanger. That shyt would take off for real..... got damn i need to learn how to code.

If you have an iPhone, there's the StickyFaces app, but I think it only works for those on the iPhone.

Black back ground is the coli smilies resized on my iPhone. Clear background is the sticky faces app. I personally like the resized pics taken from my photos.

EDIT: I don't know which one of you nikkas is Daniel Rakh but i don't know whether to be mad you stole my ideal or glad we might
